I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn by the lake. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the center of town and close to the oldest golf club in North America. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a stunning view of the surrounding gardens. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of pastries and a lovely dining room. the library upstairs was a perfect spot to unwind and relax.
Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par, such as the basic finishings in the bathroom.

I could quickly reach Fort George National Historic Site, as it’s only 1 km away. Very clean property. I found nice Budapest Bakeshop nearby with hot beverages. No reason to complain, the hotel met the criteria.

My husband and I enjoyed the quiet, tranquil atmosphere at the hotel and restaurant. Geared towards adults, not advisable for a family with small children. Everything about the hotel and restaurant was very first class. A bit pricey, but we did go during high peak season. The staff was professional and very helpful with our plans and directions. Loved every minute of our stay.

Had a wonderful Christmas at a hotel in a charming town with great wineries nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh fruit and a variety of baked goods. The beautiful grounds included a cozy fireplace and scenic pathways.
The staff at the front desk were not particularly welcoming or helpful, and the room seemed a bit dated. The shower had poor water pressure and the towels were scratchy.

The hotel is located right by the lake, and is only a 5 minute walk (at a leisurely pace) from the main street (Queen street). The staff were very friendly. There was ample parking space. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel had a nice pool and exercise room with good equipment. the breakfast choices were decent and had a good variety. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants. the spa had a good massage therapist that really knew what she was doing.
The hotel needs some serious updates, especially in the bathrooms. the shower was difficult to use and the sink space was very limited.

The hotel was lovely and small which is always something I seek. Everyone that was employed at the location was warm and welcoming and the spa staff and treatments were amazing.
The addition of a bar fridge would have been wonderful.
